Pablo is the one who answers when you write in. Dates, rates, which house actually fits your group, and a straight answer when one does not. Every booking runs through Pablo, so by the time you land, somebody here already knows your plans.
Camilo Arostegui
Concierge & Vacation Coordinator
Camilo looks after seven of the houses, from Casa Anaka up to the eight bedrooms at Villa Celaje. Meets you at the door, walks you through the place, then stays reachable all week. Chef, transport, tours, a full fridge before you arrive: ask, and it is handled.
Luis Masis

Luis takes the big groups. Casa Dos Cascadas sleeps twenty, and a house that size runs on logistics: arrivals, chef nights, transport for everyone, the boat booked for Thursday. Done properly it looks effortless from the guest side, which is the entire point.

Mefi grew up in Manuel Antonio and guided here for years before moving into villa hospitality eight years ago. That means the recommendations come from someone who knows the area properly, not from a list handed out at reception. Eight of our houses are in Mefi's care.
