The Villa
Casa Alta Vista is a lovely 6-bedroom villa located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, providing convenient access to everything this amazing area has to offer. The rooftop is perfect for taking in breathtaking ocean sunsets and mountain views.
Casa Alta Vista is situated within a spacious, private compound that includes one other rental villa (Casa Grande Vista, which can be added to accommodate larger groups) as well as the owner's residence, all within a secure, gated area.
The interior provides ample space for everyone to unwind, whether enjoying the scenery or curling up with a book overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
This beautiful, custom 3-story house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and two half baths, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to an outdoor patio, pool and grill area. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and ceiling fans are located throughout the home. The outdoor area features a refreshing pool, drink refrigerator, and access to the Mirador, which boasts some of the best views in Manuel Antonio. Garage parking is available for up to three vehicles.
